Hey!
My name is Erin Zabel and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with five years' experience in the mental health field. I became interested in psychology around the age of ten when a key individual in my life suddenly passed away. I learned firsthand the effects of grief and loss, and how to persevere through the emotional rollercoaster. I am a compassionate, empathetic professional who strives to provide clients with a safe space to share their vulnerabilities. I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, therefore I cater to what is most suitable for the client. I like to work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, trauma, and interpersonal conflict; to name a few. Please feel free to reach out if you’re struggling with any of these, and we can work together towards a life of relief, acceptance and freedom!
