Hey, I'm Erin!

"You don't know how strong you are, until being strong is your only choice." - Bob Marley. But what if that wasn't completely true? What if you could actually unwind and untangle from all the chaos that you've been carrying with you? What if you didn't have to always appear strong? That's what I'm here for. I have been working within the mental health field for approximately five years now. I utilize a direct, compassionate, supportive, and accepting approach with my clients. I go at the pace that works for the client to ensure that we build a trusting bond and you don't feel discouraged on this brave journey you're taking.

I utilize a trauma-informed approach that integrates acceptance, attachment and compassion. I view therapy as us working together as a team for the betterment of your well-being. I typically address issues that revolve around self-esteem/self-acceptance, anxiety, religious trauma, attachment, grief and loss, prenatal/postpartum, and codependency.

I pride myself on my genuine acceptance of others and interest in empowering them to be the best versions of themselves. I am an LGBTQ+ ally, BIPOC supporter, a mother, a wife, and animal lover. I would love to assist you on this journey towards a life of fulfillment, freedom and authenticity!
