Hi, I'm Sam!

There are times in our life where we feel thrown off balance. Relationships may seem harder to navigate, parenting becomes more stressful, and we find ourselves easily triggered. Therapy provides a supportive environment where we can explore the connection between the past and present, learn how to manage stress and other challenging emotions, and create new ways of connecting with oneself and loved ones. I specialize in teens, young adults, adults, pre- and postpartum, parents, and LBGTQ+.

My therapy approach combines a balance of warmth and authenticity in a judgment-free space. I believe people inherently know what they need to grow and that it is my job as your counselor to provide you with the tools and strategies to be successful. I enjoy helping people identify and understand their emotions and empowering them to make changes.
